MY EMAIL TO GROUPON: I have never recieved my order and Printerpix customer service is beyond horrible and absolutely no help at all.Because of this, it now leaves me scrammbling for another gift for my mother.
I have called them repeately and always get the same answer that it was sent to FEDEX. FedEx assures me that they never recieved the package even though the shipping confirmation email from Printerpix dated 12/12/2017 claims shippment. This has to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and strongly suggest Groupon to drop them. Please refund my purchase promptly so that I may purchase another gift.
